- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This facility just replaced the drive through ATM machines with newer machines that are nearly impossible to use due to the height of the touch screen. I am an average height male (5'10") and I drive a mid-size car. When I went through the drive through today, I had to unbuckle my seat belt and pull myself up on the steering wheel to reach the top half of options on the touch screen. The height is more suited for an ATM at a truck stop, not an urban neighborhood.By Florida Cracker, August 12, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tony Guajardo, was completely rude. Went in to close my account, so naturally I knew they weren't going to be happy. But when I went to ask him a question about my account, he cut me off, then acted smart and didn't even answer what I was asking. The 2nd time I went to ask he did the same, I had to say let me finish 1st. He then answered my question but with a smart ass answer. Just rude service, not pleased.By Sarah McKinley, March 18, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The thing about this bank and most other banks is they close an hour too early. A vast amount of people work until 5:00 pm and closing @ 4:00pm is nothing more then a slap in our face.
