  Hate that place. And lately I've had to go multiple times. I did not enjoy the experience. I found out the hard way that they close at noon on Wednesdays and only open till 3 rest of the time. Nice work if ya can get it huh? Trillions in taxes, billions and billions in foreign aid but cant have decent hours for regular people. I know the refugees have no problem.

  once I was the last one in the office. They forgot I was there. The officer at the door had to go in the back and let the know someone was still there Plus they take forever and a day. Need more seats. Plan to spend the whole time day there. if you get lucky maybe an hour. but usually its like 3-4 hours they don't go in order. no rhyme or reason to it even if you have an appointment There is one lady that is bald.practically she is very rude.

  It was easy and the soul-suckage was kept to a minimum. They have a great setup and while parking may be tough, there were plenty of spaces when I got there on a Thursday right around noon. The queue system is great and keeps people organized. Really a much more pleasant experience than I had back in 2004, the last time I needed to talk to someone at the SSA.
