  I called a week in advance to make an appointment for the following Saturday to have my husband's wedding ring sized, while I wait. I normally take everything up to Diamond Gold Source in Clearwater and they do it while I wait, however I don't like the drive and thought I would find someone local. I arrived at 2pm, my appointment time and the young man behind the counter was less than friendly, he informed me to have the ring sized it would cost $225. I asked why so much? His reply was it's a while you wait service. I said I don't think so. The following Saturday I made the drive to Clearwater and paid $85 to have the same ring sized while I waited. $225 is extremely high to have a ring sized while you wait or not. Very expensive and will not return. :(

  I will always be a loyal Jess customer. I bought diamond hoops that I loved in the store but after a couple of weeks of wearing them realized they weren't for me. I had some personal things come up which delayed my going back to return them within the thirty days but due to the exigent circumstances they exchanged them for studs that I love. I know that they didn't have to since the delay was my fault and in this day and age many businesses would have not bent the rules for me. I will always be greatful for the customer service that was shown to me, not to mention the outstanding quality of the jewelry!

  My fiance and I started here as we first began to look for engagement and wedding rings. We had so much fun trying things on with the manager, who was awesome! He honed in on my tasted right off the bat and had a great selection of rings! We decided to keep looking just to see what else was out there (since it was literally the first jewelry store we walked into), but we ended up coming back and I couldn't be more thrilled! If you purchase your engagement ring here, they will clean it for you anytime over the lifetime of the ring... no charge. They have a wide range of price points and treated us like millionaires, even though our budget was on the lower side. I can't say enough good about them! You won't be disappointed here!

  What an amazing experience! The staff at Jess Jewelers have been so helpful from years ago when choosing the perfect engagement ring to every holiday that I want to find the perfect gift to spoil my wife with. They also offer insurance on your jewelry in case anything ever happens. I have and will continue to shop at Jess, Thanks again for the years of great service!
