  My husband and I have been members of Suncoast for quite some time, for years! I have never had any problems with anyone there, they are GREAT PEOPLE!!!!

  There's 3 people working here and one talked very loudly about life with a customer about 10 min and after the other 2. Just chatted about going to lunch even after I had asked for help opening an account and signed in worst customer service I've seen in this type of industry

  ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNBELIEVABLE POLICY OF REFUSING TO CASH $100'S FOR $20'S, YOU MUST COMPLETE A DEPOSIT SLIP AND DEPOSIT THE $100 BILLS AND THEN WRITE A CHECK FOR THE $20'S. I LEFT SUNCOAST STOPPED AT THE NEAREST BANK THAT I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH AND THEY CHANGED 5 $100'S AND 5 $50'S FOR $20'S. I WISH TO OFFER MY SINCERE APOLOGY TO THE MANY PEOPLE THAT I HAVE REFERRED TO SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION. I BELIEVE I NEED TO CHANGE WHERE I BANK.

  Great place to go if you want to waste your afteenoon away. Walked in, waiting area filled with only one person helping as well as no sign in sheet.

  The atm outside is always broke and i go at least 2 times a month, driving all the way there only to be let down and forced to come at banking hours to deposit money. ALWAYS broke. Worst atm ive ever dealt with and its been like this for yrs.
