- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst phone service I have ever dealt with. The phone line is always busy. Literally, I called for 2 hours straight and it said it was busy. I doubt that. I called the Parrish post office, they answered within 30 seconds. This post office is terrible at communication. Told the people working inside and they told me "Yea good luck with that..." - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Had to edit my review! There was a mix up, probably logical, and related to a system I know nothing about! So big benefit of the doubt time! :-) Called and let the office know what had occurred, wondering if there was something I needed to do..and a supervisor was brought to the phone. Happy to report, the guy was super friendly, professional, nice, and just checked my mail..whatever has gone a bit weird, was fixed..very nicely too.. I'd like to say THANKS guys! (And gals!)..I know you process TONS, literally of mail..so your odds are better than mine (finding lost car keys in my own house? :-p)... so I'm appreciative of how fast you resolved this on top of your regular huge work load The daily mail arriving mostly perfectly as it does? - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I live at Willowbrook and the lakewood Ranch mail man left 2 bundles of mail on the sidewalk outside of our mail boxes. I called the lakewood branch Post office but of course only got busy line or voice mail. After about 30 m minutes I gave up and drove to the Post Office to inform them of the bundles of mail on the sidewalk. The manager wasn't the least bit concerned and just said when they have time they will ;ick up the 2 bundles ( probably over 100 pieces of mail.
