- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Fed up with this bank. Went in to get assistance with my car payment due to the Hurricane I was left without a job and needed to move this months payment to the end of the loan which Member Services told me to go into my local branch to do. The woman who helped me said they can not do it because they have my last payment marked as late. I asked how is that possible I just came in here and paid it by cash at the branch with the teller! She says because THEY didn't collect the late fee. It was 5 days late. So I'm dumbfounded because the TELLER TELLS YOU THE AMOUNT DUE AND THATS WHAT I GAVE. I actually gave more because I didn't have exact change and she gave me money back!!!! So because the teller failed to do her job and collect what was actually due. I MAY LOSE MY CAR on top of everything lost with Hurricane Irma. Thanks a lot Bradenton FL branch location. You have officially screwed me and my children over in the midst of a crisis! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Florida central credit union . number one bad customer service . never use there bill pay that they offer . I used there online bill pay thinking it would make my life easier aww man one of the worst things I've ever done . I used there online bill pay to pay credit card company and my last pay me fnt that I made keeps post to my account and hitting my account with INS funds. And drawing my checking into the negatives and when I call customer service to explain where they have messed they won't listen . nor will they fix what they did wrong I went to this credit union because a friend said it was a good place . . it has no 24hr banking to call customer services . from my experience I would not refer this place to no one . I guess I have to rate this comment my rating would be-5 and I've had my account for a while . my next bank I will do my home work next timeBy Allen Cole, February 03, 2017
