    SUCKED !!!!!! my refund check didn't arrive on time (actually 5 days late) they say 8 to 15 days on the tv and ads but yet it took them 20 days... called the 1800-hrblock and talked to a manager and they were no help.. so why do i pay you money to do my taxes and then you dont give me my money when H & R BLOCK PROMISED... SO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NEVER USE H & R BLOCK AGAIN

    Bunch of idiots. First it took the lady over an hour to do what should be a 20 minute process then my refund gets "lost in the mail" then they were supposed to put my refund in my bank account in 3 days its been a week still no money! I filed 2 months ago they said 7-21 days havent seen a dime from these morons!
