- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been banking with Regions or Amsouth for over 20 yrs. The one time I need to talk to someone about someone making charges to the account without authorization I can't find a local number. The auto attendant on the 800 number has no option to speak to anyone until you are several layers down in their system. It should be easier to talk to a person.By Tim Boyle, December 21, 2016
